The race of Arias, the Warrior of Light, was hermaphroditic. Those of their race with high levels of S-sex hormones are active as space patrols that protect the peace of the universe and keep it safe from invading aliens and monsters. When the male Mephisto aliens and female Sabbath aliens learn that Arias, who protects the earth as a space patrol, is a hermaphrodite, they plan to take advantage of this fact to defeat Arias.
